Everywhere I go now I see 50's inspired dresses like these! Clinched in waist then a flowing skirt, these dresses give you a beautiful hourglass figure, add instant femininity and come straight from the decade of glamour and elegance. They come in a ridiculous variety of prints - from vintage florals to polka-dots to block colour so you can choose one to fit with your personal style. Not only that, but they are surprisingly versatile so whatever your style, they could be a key item in your wardrobe! Here are a few of the endless possibilities...
1. If you want to go all-out 50's style go for thin tights, kitten heels, a little cardigan - and not to forget the curly hair and a statement red lipstick! Even through in the white gloves if you're REALLY serious. Obviously you don't have to incorporate all of these - make it your own! But use a couple and you'll be well on your way to being a modern-day 50's fashion icon ;)
2. For a more young and modern look wear with knee high socks and some brogues - flats or heels both look adorable! Depending on your dress you could also accesorize with a skinny belt. Then an oversized cardigan to complete this youthful, individual look.
3. If smart and structured is your thing to add instant impact and sophistication wear with a cropped military jacket and some killer heeled shoes or boots.
